Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information for your order. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit. Using the link provided via email, you can sign up for text notifications for delivery updates. You can select alerts when your order ships, when it’s expected to arrive and when it is finally delivered.

Some UPS and FedEx packages are handed over to your local post office to complete the delivery. If your package says it was delivered on UPS.com or FedEx.com and you have not received it, it may be with the USPS and arriving shortly. You should see a 20 digit number that can be used to track your package on USPS.com.

Due to one of our carriers' system upgrade, some packages currently can only be tracked with other partner systems. If you've received an email that contains tracking information but see "pending/does not exist" status in the tracking system, please use our other following partner system below to track. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Why is my order being sent in multiple boxes and arriving at different times?

We try hard to get you all the items in your order as quickly as possible. To do this, we might need to ship items from your order in multiple packages. View your shipment confirmation email to see which items are contained in each package. 

Why does my tracking say it was delivered yesterday and I have not received it yet? 

If your package was shipped using UPS SurePost or FedEx SmartPost, your order is handed off to your local post office to  complete the delivery. Sometimes when this happens, the package can incorrectly get marked as delivered, and should arrive to you very soon. 

Before calling or contacting us about a lost package, be sure to do all of the following:

  1. Ask anyone else living at the house if they’ve seen it. Someone may have brought it inside without saying anything. 
  2. Contact the main apartment office building. At times, carriers will deliver packages to a main office if they do not feel comfortable leaving elsewhere. 
  3. Check with your neighbors or the immediate area. We often see packages are left at a side door or near the garage door to hide them from being visible at your front door. Unfortunately this also hides them from you too. 
  4. Make sure to wait until the complete end of the day to get the delivery. Drivers are working hard to deliver many packages and in some areas are delivering late at night, or a package may have incorrectly been marked as delivered while on the truck, but will be found at the end of the day and delivered to you.

Why does my tracking information say it’s “To be Fulfilled” when I got an email saying that it's shipped?

At times, when leaving our facility or along the route to you, packages can accidentally miss a scan. You should see the tracking information update within a few days.
